- MCMaria CebanFeb 18, 20261.0The worst customer service ever. Always in the back chit chatting because you can hear them, you have to wait 3-5 min by the time someone comes to the front. Never willing to help to scan packages, although there is no line, motivating you have to use the machines. No, I do not. You are there to do your job, which you are not doing.
- AAAmanda AdamDec 6, 20255.0My favorite post office of all time. They have two self-serve kiosks which makes dropping of packages so easy. The employees are so nice and I always hear them laughing with customers. Every time I come in, I feel like I live in a small town because of how friendly everyone is.

They’re supposed to be open at 9am, the line of people always outside waiting and the earliest they open the doors is 9:15 if not later. Many times I just leave without my mail cause don’t have anymore time to wait. The employees are lazy and slow, very rude, don’t want to help with anything. I have a PO Box at this location, and have to wait for in front of the doors for almost 15-20 min to get in. This is ridiculous, they don’t care at all, they just come to work to collect their checks. I would just fire all of them and hire people who is willing to work. Unacceptable service for a post office.
