I personally find this disrespectful and rude idk how other people would feel. Guy with colorful hair and mask on, He could've put a new scotch tape as he should and everybody was happy.

The hours and availability seem inconsistent, and it often feels like services operate whenever they choose rather than when customers need them. I hope our tax dollars are being spent on improving customer service, accountability, and reliable operations.
