I’ve watched one Latina gal there with oversized glasses berate an elderly women who clearly needed a kind person to help her mail her package. The employee raised her voice, was condescending and overall cruel. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this employee behave like this and I’m shocked she still has a job. USPS do better if you want to retain customers. I won’t go to this location again due to the way this employee behaves.

They monitored the situation and took care of the issue concerning our mail delivery. Now we just wait longer to receive our mail (about a month) Previous: Pretty terrible delivery services. They continue to deliver mail in the wrong mailboxes at our apartment complex on Windsor. I've gotten mail for different apartments, different people, even different street addresses. They really can't be trusted.
