Absolutely atrocious customer service. ❗️❗️❗️❗️This is hands down the worst USPS location I have ever been to, and I genuinely cannot understand how this level of service is considered acceptable. The service is ridiculously slow. Everything takes forever, there is absolutely no sense of urgency, and customers are left standing around wasting their time while the staff acts like they could not care less. The woman working at the counter was by far the worst part of the experience. She was incredibly hostile, irritated, and unpleasant, acting as if every customer was personally bothering her just by being there. Her attitude honestly made it seem like she absolutely hates being there and is being forced to do her job. The woman in front of me politely greeted her, and she completely ignored her. No hello, no acknowledgment, nothing. Just an angry, dismissive attitude. Watching an employee treat a perfectly polite customer like that was unbelievable. Nobody expects employees to be cheerful every second of the day, but BASIC courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum when your entire job involves dealing with the public. Customers should not have to walk up to the counter wondering whether the employee is going to act annoyed simply because they need postal service. Between the painfully slow service and the unbelievably hostile attitude, this place is miserable. I walked out genuinely shocked that a USPS location can operate like this. If you have another post office anywhere remotely nearby, GO THERE. Save yourself the frustration, the ridiculous wait, and the terrible attitude. I would give this location ZERO stars if Google allowed it. One star is already far more than this experience deserves.❗️

Read Poster 7 and perhaps the staff will be aware of the rights of people in public places legally filming people in public!

Maybe I'm getting older, but I can't explain how angry this visit made me. I'm trying to change my address and I brought up my passport and she told me that wasn't good enough I identification. How is it that a passport cannot be good identification. Secondly she's ignorant and not very well trained at all. I don't have much to say about the other person that works there as he seems to be about at par with her. Go to another post office if you want efficient service. Anywhere else.

I support the USPS but the passport services here are abysmal and the woman who works it is incredibly dismissive and rude. Government bureaucracy is hard enough without poorly managed services that employ people with horrible attitudes. Going to take my passport photo myself.
