  So about a month ago I'm a little late on writing this review I had went to this location and let me tell you. This place had some of the best customer service I have experienced in nearly all of Los Angeles. The employees were super helpful and there was a supervisor on duty who helped me with everything I needed. I went over to Tech Services trying to find a new laptop. I didnt buy anything but the supervisor on duty Melissa was very helpful in helping me make my choice on what to get. I would highly recommend this location just for the service alone.

  I visited this Staples location today and had a very disappointing experience. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing to print documents in the self-service printing area. I was still actively using one of the printers when, just three minutes before the store closed, an employee suddenly turned off the self-service print machines without any warning. When I asked why she had turned off the machines while I was still printing, she replied that it was her personal store and that she could turn the machines off whenever she wanted. The employee’s name tag identified her as Melissa. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional customer service. If the self-service printing area has a cutoff time before the store closes, customers should be informed in advance. Instead, the equipment was shut down while I was still using it, without any warning and without even asking whether I had finished. Melissa’s attitude was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational throughout the interaction. She spoke to me in an insulting and dismissive manner, and her behavior fell far below the standard customers should expect from a retail employee. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you need to print important documents. Based on my experience, the equipment may be turned off without notice while you are still using it. Staples management should review this incident and provide proper customer service training. Employees who treat customers with disrespect should not be representing the company.
