They explained all the drop-off and shipping options in detail and even helped me choose the best option to save money. It’s rare to find such an honest employee who genuinely thinks about the customer’s money and needs. I really appreciate the service and will definitely visit this UPS Store again and again. Highly recommended!

Unsure if it was an employees first day but they were charging a customer with random fees which had to be corrected by another employee. They did not know how to work the system and each person even for simple drop offs took extremely long. When I got up to the counter for a return I was told they couldn't accept it because labeling wasn't included in the return which was not true. I showed them the instructions I received and they grabbed my phone out of my hand to say I needed to click the button at the bottom to print a label, the button that they pointed out to me was to start a return for another item. I had to explain this to them and then point to the instructions showing that all I had to do was package the return. They eventually just took the package but felt strange that I had to deal with that experience.
