  I had a great experience last week, and needed to open up a mail box and the owner helped me. Service was great! I am sorry for the line I caused because it takes some paper work to open the mail box. But yeah thank you!

  I use this store all the time. Fantastic for Amazon returns. The staff and service are top notch. Excellent for photocopying and UPS shipping. So glad they are here. Kathy

  I came to the store for fingerprinting on March 25. When I first arrived, a person who said he was the son of the owner asked me to come back at 11:00 AM. When I returned, the employee responsible for the fingerprinting service was assisting another customer and told me it would take another 15 minutes. When I came back again, he was still assisting another customer and again told me it would take another 15 minutes. He also mentioned that he would be taking a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. So I returned the next day for the fingerprinting service. Another employee, who mentioned that his father is in charge of the store, told me that the fingerprinting employee would be on break for the next 25 minutes(while he was behind him on his computer). Based on that information, the break should have ended around 3:40 PM. However, when I returned at 3:28 PM, I saw the fingerprinting employee already assisting another customer. When I questioned this situation, the other employee (who said his father owns the store) responded by saying, “I refuse to do the service and you have to leave.” Later I came to know that the store owner's name is Adrian Gusman. I felt disappointed by the way this situation was handled. I truly hope that here in Gilroy everyone is treated with respect and without discrimination.

  Less than 1 star. How can you run a communication store when you have no consistent Internet service? I was there for a very long time and I was warned. Still how can you support a community in the middle of nowhere like that?

  Literally the worst UPS location. THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. Always opened late, or just randomly closed. I ship out a lot, and I have to always call before heading down to see if anyone is actually there. Its currently 11:10am- and no one is answering the phone. I've called at least 6 times. They "should" be open at 9am. No idea how they stay in business. Guess I'll just head over to USPS.
