  5 dollars to print a single black and white sheet of paper. Do not shop here. You will overpay for everything and they will happily rob you they even chsrged me for color when I printed black and white. Not to mention nobody helps you upon walking in. They dont even greet you. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. Office depot wont charge you 5 dollars for a single piece of paper. Be smart.

  This location in Gilroy has laptops on sale advertised IN their store but do not actually have the laptops AT their store. I purchased a laptop and was promised it would be shipped over night to the store for pick up the very next day. I contacted the store after 2pm and the manager Kim Guzman tells me the shipment hasn't come it yet and probably within the hour and that she'd give me a call when it arrives. I never got a call, they have my phone number email and address in their system. I called after 5pm and Kim informs me "they" flagged my credit card as fraudulent. NOPE. And therefore, will NOT even bother to ship it to the store untill I call a 1 -800 number for what, I DON'T KNOW. I paid IN PERSON WITH MY ID AND NAME ON CREDIT CARD MATCHING. Since when are these so called precautions a thing especially since I paid IN FULL IN PERSON WITH MY PROPER IDENTIFICATION like everyone does everywhere and anywhere. Kim told me it was all on MY credit card companies end. I called my card company and as I suspected, NO THEY DID NOT FLAG THIS PARTICULAR TRANSACTION AS SUSPICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT and the charge did indeed go through. So now I'm out 440.00, NO PRODUCT IN MY POSSESSION, and when I came into the store again as KIM confirmed I had the option of doing, request a refund. KIM REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY WITH ID RECEIPT AND CREDIT CARD IN HAND, and again, I NEVER WAS ISSUED WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! Kim could not explain why "they" refused to give A CUSTOMER THE DEVICE THAT I PAID FOR. She told me I have to come back AGAIN, TOMORROW. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Then after me asking her a few questions to save me another day of going back and forth and waiting for my PURCHASE and POSTPONING a trip I was supposed to take today, tells me I still need to call the 800 number TOMORROW BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSED NOW and that MAYBE THEY CAN REFUND ME OVER THE PHONE BUT SHE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THAT EITHER. This is why AI robots will be taking humans place soon and I'm all for it. This is a joke and I will absolutely be following up with this LUDACRIS experience. I'm prepared to dispute the charge but WHY MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS JUMP THOUGH HOOPS AFTER TAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT and then give me a FALSE reason that MY OWN CREDIT CARD company is the one who is supposedly BLOCKING me from RECEIVING WHAT I'VE PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR. I've never seen anything like this. BEST BUY HERE I COME! And I will gladly pay DOUBLE there for COMPETENCY and DELIVERY.
