Yesterday we were waiting for mail and a package to be delivered in the mailbox and right when it said it was delivered no one in our building got mail. Mail never came and there is a camera facing the mailbox and shows mailman never came. Amazon more reliable than usps. What’s going on.

The line was about seven people, but the staff helped me. They told me I could leave the package with the label at a special window, and for the other package I used the self-service machine. It was very easy and fast, and I finished everything in about one and a half minutes. They also have envelopes, boxes, and postcards there. I am happy with this place. The staff was nice and helpful. I recommend this USPS location.
