- JJJennyAug 18, 20261.0Honestly every time I come here they have some of the worst customer service. Just today I went in, they only had one cashier, another was just standing to the side talking to her. It's fine, I'll wait, I wasn't in a hurry. But I wait 15 minutes until it's finally my turn. I've worked in customer service so I'm always trying to be the nicest to people in the field. I almost always get the same woman and I swear she looks like it pains her to answer questions and it doesn't matter how sweet my voice is, I feel like she just hates me. I've seen her interact with others and she's a completely different person. Today, all I did was ask if they had a specific stamp design and even that was too much to ask of her apparently.

- SRShae RouzanMay 4, 20212.0Honestly, there are only 3 people that work here at the front desk. The 2 African American ladies are AMAZING!! Super pleasant and helpful, but the Asian man who works here is hands down the rudest USPS employee I have ever met! Due to the pandemic I've had to do a lot of work from home, including mailing many things off and more often than not I get the rude guy rather than the girls unfortunately. I wish you luck to get someone helpful if you decide to visit this USPS!
