One of the worst experience ever. There was a young woman with florescent red hair, slender and attractive but her attitude was atrocious. She was in customer service. But it seem to me that she hated her job so much. Hey I get it you need to work. But if you aren't a person who loves to deal with the public do something else. She was rude unfriendly and with facial expression that said I hate everything. Life is way too short find what makes you happy and don't take it out on the customers. Customer service is an art.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at a Staples location while trying to return an item. I went in expecting a smooth process, especially since my Amazon return instructions clearly stated that Staples would accept the item, label it, and package it for me. Instead, I was told they couldn’t take my return because they didn’t have the proper bag size or materials. It’s honestly surprising that a store known for office and shipping supplies didn’t have basic packaging available. To make matters worse, the employee I dealt with was unhelpful and showed little effort to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. The entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. This situation reflects poorly not only on Staples but also on Amazon’s return partnership. If Staples can’t reliably handle returns as promised, Amazon should reconsider using them as a return location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return to this location or recommend it to others
