- DRdonna rossApr 2, 20221.0As instructed by Amazon, I took my item to UPS, since it came shrink wrapped, I obviously was not able to shrink wrap to send back, so I followed the instructions on the form. Now mind you, it was not delivered in a box. I get to the UPS store and clerk informs me that UPS won't take my item the way it's packaged, now mind you it was shrink wrapped. The clerk refused to help me tape the item and told me I had to go home and tape it up. He would not use HIS tape and made me drive home. In all my dealings with UPS I've never been treated so poorly by a clerk as this clerk treated me. I'm a senior and with gas prices over 6.00 this drive cost me more then the item I purchased. The customer service I received from this clerk was just shy of being blatantly rude. Beware of the this stores integrity.
