    I visited this UPS Store location today for a Live Scan after checking the Certifix Live Scan website, which listed their hours as open until 7:00 PM. When I arrived, the female employee working the counter was immediately rude and aggressive, telling me they were closed. I offered to show her the website listing the 7:00 PM closing time, which she agreed to look at. After seeing that the site did indeed state they were open, rather than offering a professional explanation or resolving the misunderstanding, she argued with me and insisted that I should call the website company to have them update the hours. As I walked out to my car following this unprofessional interaction, the female employee stood at the window, mocked me, waved, and laughed. When I got out of the car to address her disrespect, a younger male employee joined in, using strong profanity and acting aggressively toward me before backing down. Both employees continued to laugh, mock me, and gesture through the window. When I held my ground against their behavior, the female employee threatened to call the police to deflect from how poorly I was treated. The level of hostility, disrespect, and unprofessionalism from both employees was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise management or the store owner to review the security footage and address these customer service issues immediately. I'm definitely telling my large corporate employer not to do business with them at least this UPS store.
