Since this is the closest staples near me, I needed to stop by to scan some paperwork to my email since I don't have a printer that can do that and newer printers are not as reliable anymore. I like stopping at this location. It's not too busy anymore but they still over alot of great services and the staff are always friendly. Besides any office/project supplies you may need they also offer printing and printing services at a very affordable price. They also offer return services for Amazon orders if applicable. Parking is usually easy to find. Always have a good experience here.

I was told that I could come to Staples to get assistance resizing my images before print. My image has text on it and I wanted to figure out how small I can print it while still being legible. I was willing to pay for multiple test prints too if needed. But I was told they weren't doing resizing that day and to do it myself at home. Would've preferred to know when would be the best time I could come back or know ahead so I didn't have to waste my time driving there, waiting in line, sending it to their website and waiting in line again just to be turned away. Next day edit: I called this time to ask about their resize assistance and explained my project. Everything sounded good, headed over and turns out the file has to be in a pdf but mine has a png. Like, how extensive is "assistance" because it's barely there. I'm trying to explain my project so that we could meet halfway and make it work but it's been so difficult. What makes me upset is because I've had better experiences in the past getting assistance with different print projects and they've been helpful. What's up lately?
