Zulma the passport lady is extremely rude. Anybody who post differently about her is either a friend or family member of hers. She never smiles, never is in a good mood, never friendly but always in a bad mood, always crabby and always abrupt. I’ve had several interactions with her, keep them as brief as possible and be on my way. Today was the worst. I came in today rang the bell because nobody was tending the front desk. Nobody responded so I rang again and then again and finally she came out barking at me to be patient or if I don’t like it go somewhere else. I wanna be clear after ringing the bell each time I gave her ample time to make her way to the front. I will be speaking to whoever reports to her and then who that person reports to.

I took my friend’s baby here for applying her passport. I got here early but didn’t prepare everything well, the lady Zulma was really helpful, told me how to do and where to print the documents. When I backed, even it passed the appointment time, she still willing to help me. She did help me a lot, I’m really appreciative for her.

Was hesitant based on previous reviews, but glad to say things went well! Went on a Tuesday during passport walk-in hours. A fairly sized line with just one person working the desk.
Zulma helped me when it was my turn, but I didn't have copies of my ID. I was sent to the dentist next door (charges $2 per page) and came back. Luckily no line, so I was right back with Zulma. Got my photo taken and was finished in about 20-25 minutes from beginning to end.
**Have copies of your ID front and back so you don't have to go to the dentist**

My husband had an appointment for a passport today. He arrived early only to be told he had to wait until his appointment time. He goes outside and when the time of his appointment came, he goes back in only to be told they won't be helping him BY THE SAME LADY who told him to wait. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling his appointment here as he had to leave work early to make it to this appointment. Such a waste of time.
