Was playin' jazz, dealing with a family that was only half paying attention to him for more than 5 minutes straight, didn't have their addresses ready, trying to keep their little girl from getting too antsy, brother took 40 seconds total, from him calling us up next to processing our already-ready package to send out. 40 seconds, by the way, where three-quarters of our time was spent waiting for the kind-of-slow safety questionnaire prompts and card processor. So fast, so polite, looked straight into our eyes, smiled, and said, "have a great day." With a genuine nod. And the box I pick out in the separated foyer, which was completely bereft of staff thank god, had clearly-labeled prices with different sizes I could pick and choose completely of my own volition. This is how shipping should be. Man, thank god for USPS.

I understand that they are understaffed but I didn’t have a choice but to come here for returns and etc. They’ve even mentioned I should know and do everything perfectly so they can do their job… like what? I tried to be nice but the constant rudeness and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. Only come here when you absolutely need to.
