- ASAnais SanchezJun 26, 20261.0Had a passport appointment at 12:35. Went there and apparently the person in charge took their lunch. No answer on when they’ll be back. Worst service ever. If you’re looking to get your passport renewed please go to the one on Chapman. This one sucks!

- JMJohn MJun 6, 20261.0Terrible location. I sold an item on eBay and shipped it through this post office. Gave it a day to update on the tracking for it to be scanned in. After two days it still says they are awaiting the package. Contacted this location and a female said she would look into it and give me a call back. After 4 hours of waiting I went to location in person just to be told that the female I spoke to (most likely the manager) was out on route. I left my information again and have still yet to be contacted. I ended up getting a mark against my eBay account because I only had two days to ship it. I had to refund the buyer and lost money on the shipping label. Don't use this location if you plan on shipping packages! I seen on another review that it happened to another seller.
