- 1910 9Aug 3, 20261.0They deserve the Worst Customer Service of All Time award. They might be the reverse Goat. Pls don't waste your guys' time on this place. I lost half of my brain cells after visiting here. If I get brain cancer later in the future this might be the n.1 reason. My order was supposed to be delivered on July 31, but it is now August 3 and the tracking still only says “On the way.” After no one answered my calls, I went to the store for help. The employee looked up the order, repeated the exact same information I could already see online, and rudely told me to keep waiting. I also asked about the August 4 return warning shown online, but the employee became irritated instead of properly explaining it. I did not go to the store just to hear the same tracking status repeated back to me. The employee was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful.

After dropping a package, USPS offers a survey that a customer has a right to do, but he pressed a green smile for him. I was going to give ‘Unsatisfactory’ grade. He stole my right and even I wanted to put my email address for receipt. But he printed it out. He gave himself good survey. What the location postal master does for this kind of unprofessional staff….
