  I came in to do my live scan fingerprinting, but I had no idea what I was doing and did not arrive ready with the proper forms. Luckily, the team members were patient and helpful, they took the time to make sure all my very unorganized ducks were in a row. I appreciate the care they took to help and make sure I got what I needed!

  This has to be one of the worst UPS store locations ever! For some reason, this is the only location we services are charged three times the amount at a normal UPS store location. None of the employees are consistent on how they ring up people making the total different for the same services. How are you gonna charge me $41.99 for a box and a piece of bubble wrap? The location by my house only charged me $17. I know I’m just a review, but if you are curious about it, go to a different location and test it out.

  Swati and team are always so helpful whether it's for mail checks, shipping out packages, returning Amazon purchases, or other small business needs. She knows her regulars by name, is very upbeat, and provides the BEST customer service. I've been to other UPS stores in the area, and they've told me that this one is one of the best, especially since Swati trains a lot of them and is there for them whenever they have operation questions. Without a doubt, Swati and this UPS store team are wonderful members of the community and genuinely care about their customers.
