- MTM TrueJun 27, 20261.0This location need to update the Saturday hours because I went to the Tulare and Clovis location believing that this is the only usps office that’s open on Saturdays, but it turns out that this location opens on Saturdays too. Image is from what the Tulare rep gave me. Been missing mail packages and don’t get any notices that it’s being held at any office. Filed a missing mail request and it doesn’t even inform that it’s being held, yet showed that it’s been delivered and case will be closed within 5 days. If I didn’t visit the Tulare usps office, I would have never known that it’s being held at this location! No notices, no comments on my mail request at all besides “Delivered!” USPS, your missing mail request need to be better!

- MYMaria YMay 1, 20261.0Honestly, this location does not deserve a high rating. I signed up for informed delivery and there are times where I do not even receive all of my mail. I am currently still missing mail that I was supposed to receive this week, and it has already been more than two days. I understand that informed delivery items may not always arrive the same day, but this has been a repeated issue. I have gone in before about missing letters and was told that no one knew where they were, which is not an acceptable answer. If mail is missing, there should be clear communication and accountability, along with steps being taken to resolve the issue. I would recommend that staff and management improve their organization, communication, and overall reliability when it comes to delivering mail.
