- MYMaria YMay 1, 20261.0Honestly, this location does not deserve a high rating. I signed up for informed delivery and there are times where I do not even receive all of my mail. I am currently still missing mail that I was supposed to receive this week, and it has already been more than two days. I understand that informed delivery items may not always arrive the same day, but this has been a repeated issue. I have gone in before about missing letters and was told that no one knew where they were, which is not an acceptable answer. If mail is missing, there should be clear communication and accountability, along with steps being taken to resolve the issue. I would recommend that staff and management improve their organization, communication, and overall reliability when it comes to delivering mail.
