I had a package that need a signature, I did the digital signature, my packages have always been left with that method, but not this time. So I called customer support and scheduled to get picked up at this location. They did not have it and apparently I scheduled for redelivey. I have the email confirmation telling me for pick up at this location. This has happened twice.
- LWLinda WiestJul 15, 20261.0I’m telling you this post office is a hot mess! They mark things as delivered but not to my mailbox! I have lost 2 packages this month! They were misdelivered to someone else’s box because the route is so big that the delivery man doesn’t take care to make sure mail gets in the right box!!! They say it’s been broken into and mail stolen but I am at the mailbox when it says delivered & if it was stolen it was taken by the mailcarrier! Get it together people!!!!!!! Or start delivering packages to the porch & take a picture so I have evidence!!!!!!!!!!!!
