I worked with Janae this afternoon and she had nothing but contempt for her position and the public she is working with. She wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. When attempting to explain what was going on, she cut me off multiple times. She either needs to be retrained on her public facing position or moved to the back where she can’t take her attitude out on anyone she chooses. She is the sole reason I will never use this location again.

Long lines, unstaffed...their staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with, once you were served. It sadden me to witness 2 different customers become upset with the staff because of Sacramento delays. Their doing their part, the problem lies in another city. Put yourselves in their place.

Took eight months for them to replace our community mailbox and over that time we got four different reasons why it took so long and now we’re waiting for them to assign our keys. We heard, carrier lost keys, box was vandalized (I took many pics of this box and it absolutely was not vandalized to we had two post masters resign or leave, their back-logged due to number of boxes vandalized and at the end, lost keys. Never had so many issues from any other station, we get tons of wrong mail, packages marked delivered or signed for that absolutely never made it to the box, no call tags and packages shoved in the back opening that are too big to get out the front door which is only way to get our mail (had to take a knife on two occasions and cut the box in order to retrieve it. Everyone in my cul-de-sac share exact same issues and frustration. I’ve even informed them that I have three cameras that have our box in view and could have proved everything I’ve mentioned but I don’t keep videos three months or longer. Emails, calls and verbal communication didn’t expedite a thing. Seven and one half months making trips to get mail waiting on our so-called efficient postal service to replace the box.
