- KRKathy Renfro5 days ago1.0It took me four trips to 3 different post offices to get one thing done because the supervisor didn’t know what I was talking about. August 25, 2026 . The Clovis’s Main Post Master did know but I was in wrong. He directed me to the correct post office in FRESNO, and I had to make two more trips to that office. Where in Fresno and it’s 104° outside. I had to change none of my information or my documents presented. I just had to explain it over and over in different formats on each visit to the Hughes Office Supervisor. He acted like an umpire, once he make a decision it’s final even if it’s wrong.. My suggestion is when a customer presents a post office regulation and the worker doesn’t understand it, go and get someone to interpret it for them. Even if they are in charge at that moment.

Norma was the first person I went for questions and she talked to me as if I was a 5 year old and as I asked for a supervisor, I heard her talking about me to her coworkers. She stopped as soon as she knew I was watching and listening to it all. If you hate your job, you shouldn’t work there. The supervisor was an angel and I asked to make a complaint on Norma and she completely understood why. I would never recommend getting helped by that lady.
