- MSM SJun 11, 20251.0I had an appointment here to do a live scan. It let me book the appointment online yesterday. I called to ask if they would need my birth certificate, and instead I was told "we are remodeling and our livescan is down". For those of you who don't know, all alive scan needs is a laptop and a small square machine. This is the second UPS location I have run across where there is nothing but inconvenience. Seems to me the UPS stores have gone completely south since COVID.

- PPPamela PerezNov 11, 20201.0Called this location to see if they had a fingerprint scanner, employee said no and referred me to Herndon and 99 location. Went to that location and they didn’t have a fingerprint kiosk. They referred me to the Bullard store. I went to the Bullard location who I had originally contacted. They had the kiosk but no one there knew how to use it. The employee at the Bullard store referred me to Clovis location. I called Clovis/Sunnyside location and they did not have one. An employee at Sunnyside location named Alfonso, took my number and called around to find a location that offered fingerprinting. Alfonso called me back within 10 minutes with the information. Too bad no one at these other locations offered to do that for me. Not satisfied with the customer service I received.
