  This location is open Sunday- and that is great. Amity was cheerful and helpful considering how busy she was- and the Amazon kiosk was down- but she was able to help each customer and quickly. Carmen also came in to help her and jumped right in.

  I sent my mom to drop off a package at this location, and the employee (Jay) did not provide a receipt. The item was expensive, so I went back with my mom within a few hours when tracking showed the package was never dropped off. When we asked about it, Rebecca told us the package had already left with UPS. However, when we requested a receipt or any proof of drop-off, they refused to provide one. We also asked to speak with a manager or owner, but were told they are never available or reachable. We were eventually given a business card for Paul Riar, but when we called, the call just routed back to the store. This experience was very concerning and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend not trusting this location with expensive or important items since they do not provide proper proof or accountability.
