The 2 individuals who just delivered my ikea order were very courteous! I greeted them at the door as they were leaving my packages and offered to put them inside for me. Thank you so much! I appreciate it :)

Delivery service is fine. Friendly and helpful staff. However if you plan on picking up from this location, hours are 8-3pm Monday through Friday, 7-12pm on Saturdays. Don’t be fooled by the hours here on Google Maps.

Upon arrival I noticed there was no car on site. I came to pick up a package from IKEA. I was told it was ready for pick-up. There hours say it’s open from 8am-5pm, so then why is no one on site? I scanned the QR code and waited for further instructions. I waited outdoors for more then half and hour, I ended up leaving. Keep in mind they had a few other people waiting out in the heat. Next time I would rather pay for the delivery then waste my gas and time next time. Worst experience ever.
