  Upon arrival I noticed there was no car on site. I came to pick up a package from IKEA. I was told it was ready for pick-up. There hours say it’s open from 8am-5pm, so then why is no one on site? I scanned the QR code and waited for further instructions. I waited outdoors for more then half and hour, I ended up leaving. Keep in mind they had a few other people waiting out in the heat. Next time I would rather pay for the delivery then waste my gas and time next time. Worst experience ever.

  Great experience with RXO! They delivered my LG washer and dryer, provided haul away of old machine and installation of my new machines. Appteciate that they allowed me time to clean the area after removing my old machines. Only small complaint, is that they forgot to turn the gas on for my dryer (🤦‍♀️)

  The two gentlemen that delivered my 12 foot long package, couldn’t have been more courteous! I told them they could leave it downstairs, but they said they would be happy to bring it upstairs for me and they did with a smile on their face! I highly recommend this company and I hope you’re lucky enough to get these two gentlemen!!😊

  Every time this company delivers, the staff is always courteous and kind. They handled my packages with care and put them exactly where I ask them too. I always try to help, but they tell me not to worry about it. Their communication is spot on and they are value my time. I really appreciate companies like this. This truly is service!
