    Horrible!! Ordered from IKEA and for 2 weeks we have been told 4 different delivery dates. First it has been picked up and is in RXO possession, then it hasn’t been picked up. Same story over and over. Every email and every phone call you get s different answer. It is a time sensitive delivery and no one, not IKEA nor RXO can give a truthful, accurate response!! Do not recommend at all!!

    Mark & Mike not only did a perfect job setting up our bed. They were extremely respectful of our new carpet staying clean. Very appreciated

    Michael & Mark arrived within the window of time as scheduled. They were very professional & polite. I didn’t know they would assemble my Polywood order, so was very happy about that. They did a great job.

    Great experience with this company. They kept me informed about the time of delivery right up to the time they called me 25 minutes before arrival. They were courteous and efficient. My sofa needed to be assembled which they did promptly and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They hauled away all boxes and wrapping.

    **BEWARE** Worst experience I have ever had trying to get my package delivered/contact anyone. I spent 11 days and 7 rescheduled deliveries, calling 5 different customer service number 4-5 times a day with no answer and 2 email addresses with little to no communication. My delivery was originally scheduled April 2nd with an 8-8 delivery window. We were home all day and got a notification package was rescheduled to April 4th. I was like ok things happen no big deal. On the 4th rescheduled again to the 6th. Now arriving on the 8th. At this point I started to call customer service to see as to why. Once I finally got ahold of someone all I was told was it was rescheduled no reason as to why. Once April 8th comes I get rescheduled to the 10th and notify it is marked as VIP. Rescheduled again to the 11th then again to the 13th. April 13th I finally am able to contact a representative that gives the delivery team my phone number to contact me to meet them at the entrance of my housing complex. Positive delivery guys were very nice and helpful. Package was in good shape when it finally arrived.
