Wow! I never felt so compelled to write a review so soon. Nu at the post office was so friendly, efficient, and skilled at what she does. She notice the person in front of me had a UPS package and directed him to go to the UPS store instead (saved everyone time). I saw and heard her reaffirm another customer of the timeline of her mail. Her level of care is awesome. I was in and out in perhaps 7 minutes, if that. I came in a weekday around 4:15pm and very short line!

I Stoped bye to drop off fragile packages. Thank God I whaped them good. the older lady in office is very condescending to everybody. She Takes my packages and throws them in the bottom of there cart which only means all other packages are going to be thrown on top she need to be a little more kind and considering to people and packages.

I own an online shop and drop off packages at this USPS location almost every business day. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They make shipping my orders so much easier, and I truly appreciate their consistently excellent service!

Unacceptable Service — I Do Not Recommend This Location
I came to this post office to drop off one large package and six or seven smaller packages. The labels were purchased through different selling platforms, so there was no single manifest form.
The employee assisting me, a woman wearing glasses, immediately refused to scan the smaller packages individually. and finally she agreed to scan only the large package and told me I had to take the rest back. There was no long line behind me, and scanning six or seven packages should have taken only a minute or two.
When I asked why she could not scan them, especially since another employee at this location had done so before, she rudely replied, “He’s not here today.” That response was dismissive and completely unhelpful.
I was not comfortable leaving the smaller packages without acceptance scans because I have previously had packages dropped off at this location go missing when they were not scanned. Sellers need proof that packages were accepted, especially when shipping valuable orders to customers.
Not every customer is able to provide a manifest, especially when shipping orders from several different platforms. Postal rates continue to increase, yet customers are treated as though asking for a basic acceptance scan is an unreasonable request.
The attitude and refusal to provide such a simple service were unacceptable. I do not recommend this branch and will avoid using it in the future.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at this USPS location.
I visited this office yesterday at around 12:00 p.m. to complete the identity verification required for my online Change of Address request. Before going, I carefully reviewed both the official USPS instructions and the email I received. They clearly state that if you do not have a state-issued ID, you may present secondary documents. I brought exactly what was listed: my valid passport, my I-94, and my lease agreement.
The employee who assisted me did not even give me the opportunity to explain my situation. The moment she saw my passport, she immediately said that only a driver's license was accepted. When I tried to explain that the official USPS instructions specifically listed the documents I had brought, she interrupted me and refused to listen. She didn't review my paperwork or even attempt to verify the policy. She seemed rushed and more interested in getting me out of the line than actually helping me.
As someone who is legally living in the United States on a valid visa, I expect to be treated with respect and for USPS employees to either know their own procedures or at least be willing to verify them before turning customers away. Instead, I was dismissed without being heard, which was both frustrating and disrespectful.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I went to another USPS location immediately afterward with the exact same documents. The employee there reviewed everything, confirmed that my documents were acceptable, completed my identity verification in less than two minutes, and even took the time to explain which immigration-related mail would not be forwarded. That experience proved that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my documentation.
The problem was not my paperwork, it was the lack of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help at this location. No customer should have to waste time visiting multiple offices because an employee refuses to follow USPS's own published procedures. I sincerely hope USPS addresses this issue so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
