I got USPS email for upcoming mails but never received. And this postal office said the mails must have been stolen because thief has the key of the mail box of the condos.……….

I had a very disappointing experience with Akila at the passport center/post office. I arrived early in the morning specifically to avoid delays and was the very first person waiting in line. Despite that, she allowed someone else to go ahead of me for no clear reason. It was extremely frustrating and disrespectful, especially after making the effort to wake up early and wait patiently. What made the situation worse was her attitude throughout the interaction. She was rude, barely responsive, and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. When people come to a passport office, they are often dealing with time-sensitive and important matters, and the least they should expect is basic professionalism, communication, and respect. Instead, I felt ignored and completely unappreciated as a customer. Customer service employees are there to assist people, answer questions, and make the process smoother — not create more stress and confusion. Unfortunately, Akila was not helpful at all and showed no concern for people’s time. I wasted a large part of my morning because of the way this situation was handled. This experience left such a bad impression on me that I will never return to this office again. Management seriously needs to pay attention to how customers are being treated here because respectful and professional behavior should be the minimum standard in any public service office.

Avoid the lady at the passport office—she is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I arrived early for my appointment while she was at lunch, and despite her colleague confirming I was there on time, she had the nerve to claim I was late when she returned. She refused to budge even with her own colleague backing me up. Believe the other reviews and go to Newark office.

Totally discriminated again due to my skin and nationality. I've spoken with other people of my race and they also were discriminated against we are forced to go to the post office in another city due to these issues. Postmaster here needs to get this in check. I am African American I'm not ghetto or loud nor does my appherence make people question my ability to handle business. I would like to go to a post office closer to my home I've been turned away twice I've been living in Fremont for a year and cannot get my mail transferred from my old address from a year ago. It's 2026 and I'm still having this issue. This is ridiculous. I hope this gets seen by someone so those can get the help they need oh yea and I'm physically handicapped...
