  I had a very disappointing experience. I dropped off a package on Saturday at 11:50 AM for a 2-day delivery service. As of late Monday evening, the tracking status still shows only "Label Created," indicating that UPS has not yet received the package. I visited the store on Monday to inquire about the delay, but the shopkeeper made no effort to investigate what had happened. Instead, he repeatedly insisted that the package would be delivered without providing any explanation or checking the shipment status. The customer service experience with UPS has been poor, and unfortunately, the service provided by this store was even worse.

  This store is not friendly anymore. I forgot to tape up a very tiny UPS return package and I asked the guy in store if I can borrow his tape gun . He said he need to charge me $2 for little bit of tape. WOW! I heard that it's new owner now, the prior owner was very nice. I don't suggest to go this store.

  I’ve never had such difficult and unhelpful service at a UPS Store. I had multiple Amazon returns, and one of them had a “customer packed” label. It was just a pair of scissors that were already in a small box. The employee would not accept it and told me I needed to find a bag. I actually ended up finding a discarded Amazon bag that another customer had left behind and used that. Then, after all of that, he wouldn’t even put a small piece of tape on the package for me unless I paid $2 for tape. I have done countless Amazon returns at other UPS Store locations and have never had such an unnecessarily difficult experience. There was absolutely no effort to accommodate or help, even with something as simple as a small piece of tape. I will not be returning to this location. If you need to make an Amazon return or ship something through UPS, I would definitely recommend choosing another UPS Store where the staff is more willing to assist customers.

  Been coming here on off for six years, but no longer. I don’t know who the young guy with the glasses is but don’t sigh at me like I’m some inconvenience. Don’t just brush off an inquiry like it’s some hardship and at least try and offer some customer service. A downright sullen and totally unbelievable “have a good day” mean you just lost me as a customer.

  Avoid going here for returns, they’ll charge you for putting on a tape to the box to pack it, never seen such a greedy place.
