  I really hope this is taken as constructive criticism and it does not offend the associate, because he seems to be very friendly and happy to be at work. I come into this UPS semi-regularly. I worked with an associate (I believe his name is Raj) multiple times when coming here. He spends the ENTIRE interaction cracking jokes and pointing out things he finds “funny” about addresses or names or whatever else he’s entering in the system. The most recent time, he even went as far as adding a charge for almost $600 to my order as a joke before deleting the charge. It is not the jokes that are offensive, but the amount of time wasted as he’s joking. I appreciate him trying to make the visit more enjoyable, but the incessant joking often quadruples the length of the visit and can also be uncomfortable when the jokes stop being funny and just become frustrating, especially when you’re in a rush or would like to utilize your time differently. I can’t imagine I’m the only person who has had this experience. Again, I hope this review can be used as constructive criticism to improve the service at this store.

  Visited the store to return few devices back to Amazon as well as my work place, i reached about the closing time. Sudhir helped me pack 6 devices patiently while i was scrambling with multiple shipping labels I had. He was helpful and helped me sort everything with a smile. A very good and rare customer service you see now a days.
