- SSSanchezJun 22, 20265.0Staff was very friendly. They assisted me with a shipment quote. It was out of budget so I opted into paying for just a box (cut down) and had them tape it for around $7. They had two computer stations being utilized at the time of my visit and someone getting a passport photo done. They have two Amazon self service kiosks available in store (they were down at the time of my visit due to needing a label roll replacement). It’s a small space but efficient and it helps that there was three people present to effectively help the line.

They are so terrible that they lost my package because of their mistake of writing a wrong country, I paid a hefty amount of $150 to ship it, and the package is coming back to me without any resolution and have to again repay the amount. Furthermore, calling the UPS customer care directs us to store saying that UPS and UPS store are two different entities, but customer has nothing to do with it, we just need a solution. NEVER UPS AGAIN EVER! I hope Fedex will help, will raise this issue in multiple social media platforms later.

I use international buble bags /pouches supplied by UPS free of cost to international shipping 1-2 days service to Canada many times a month. Each time I went to this particular store they refuse to give that. I thought may they were temoprarilty out, but when I asked the reason one of the employee told me that they dont give it for a reason that they want to sell thier own stationary with bubble bag. I had no choice but to buy for extra money. I would never go back to them.
