I went in to print business cards and was asked to come back 5 different times with different excuses each time: they said the email never arrived, the format was wrong, the design had issues, and many other reasons. In the end, I decided to do it myself and had absolutely no problem using the exact same file, image, and size. Grace was helping me on May 6 around 1 PM. I understand employees can be busy, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service and constant excuses instead of trying to help. This is not the first time we have used this service. We had already printed the same business cards before and only needed more copies. This time the customer service was very poor and it honestly felt like there was no intention to help or solve the issue professionally.
