I was well within the 10-item Amazon return limit, but she was visibly irritated throughout, making smug faces while processing each return. She also miscounted my items. When I politely tried to explain, she refused to listen and raised her voice at me. Extremely disrespectful and completely unnecessary. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar experiences with Amy. Very disappointing customer service from Staples.

I've never had a bad experience with them. Whenever I submit my designs, if they notice anything that needs clarification, they always take the time to call me and make sure everything is exactly how I want it before printing. Their attention to detail, quality of work, and turnaround time are outstanding. Every time I come in, I feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. I know that if I ever have any questions or concerns about a product, they've got my back. Their patience is incredible, my sincere respect to all of them because, honestly, there are some customers that I have no idea how they manage to put up with! 😂 I don't think there are enough words to express how grateful I am for everything they do. They truly are an amazing team, and they deserve all the recognition for their hard work. Give them a raise! They absolutely deserve it.
