- LRLores ReguiOct 2, 20201.0First American Title Company located 39465 Paseo Padre Parkway, Suite 1250 Fremont, CA 94538, This branch has been holding my deposit for over one month now, Escrow # 6308404 was cancelled as mutually agreed by Seller and Buyer, instructions and cancellation agreement was signed by all parties Sellers, and Sellers agent and Buyers agreed to release funds to Buyers since September 3rd and a copy and instructions were provided to the Escrow officer. Sellers, and Sellers agent and Buyers to cancel and release funds to Buyers, and to this day they have not done, I have reached to the Escrow officer Yvonne Sta Maria, multiple times in the last 30 days, to be exact five times by Email and calls and to this date no response. I'm currently researching for my next step to file a formal complaint with the authorities. I will never do another transaction with this title company in the future.
