I love this UPS Store because of the cheerful, helpful staff and super-easy parking. It’s a family business -- Sue, her husband, and Julian have always been so trustworthy and kind. Once, I misunderstood the return instructions and asked them to print a label I thought I needed. They had already printed it when we realized it wasn’t necessary. They simply said, “No worries,” and didn’t charge me. It’s little things like this that make for great customer service—and keep me coming back! I highly recommend this location where there are other good eateries with very easy access.

This place is awful! Went in with my return to Dyson. I had my return email and the young man told me that they do not do returns to this company and told me that I needed to go to the post office. The next day I took my return to the UPS store on Beach Blvd and they did it for me no problem. If I could I would give this place NO Stars!!!

It is unbelievable that you have to pay $2 just because of you print something. There is no other way to print out. You have to use computer and they charge you. It is like a enterance fee. Is not acceptable. I paid $1 for a black-white page. I gave only one star just because there was a helpful man there.
