  Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a UPS Store. I've been here multiple times now for packing, shipping, and printing and every single time the staff has been super friendly and genuinely helpful. They treat your stuff like it's their own — my packages always arrive in perfect condition. The location is clean, easy to get to, and parking is never an issue. I recommend this place to everyone I know. If you're in the Fountain Valley area, this is the only UPS Store you should go to. Can't say enough good things about them.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location while dropping off an Amazon return. I was only 25 cents short and told the employee, Sara, that I would get the money from my car and be right back. Instead of being understanding, she looked me up and down, acted like I was lying. She hesitant to give me a receipt and was very rude and unprofessional. This was terrible customer service, and I will not be returning to this location.

  Sara had awesome customer service I would recommend anyone to deal with her she was able to help us with notary service. We will be back for other services.

  I stopped by this new location with a few Amazon returns and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient, especially while I was waiting for my phone to load the return codes. Everything was handled smoothly, and the place was clean and organized. I’d feel comfortable coming back if I have more returns or need to ship something in the future. They also have really good promotions going on for their mailbox, I will definitely be switching to this location once my po box is up for renewal!
