  Exceptional Service! I came in stressed with a restless toddler and a massive Amazon return, but Shalini made the whole experience completely stress-free! She was incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful. Huge thanks to Shalini—I’ll definitely be back!!!

  For the past 6 months, this UPS location has repeatedly marked me as “not home” even when I was home. In many cases, it feels like the driver doesn’t even attempt delivery, and almost none of my packages make it to my door. At this point, I feel like an unpaid UPS employee because I’m constantly driving to pick up my own packages. I’m there almost every week. Absolutely unacceptable service. I don’t know when marking customers as “not available” instead of completing deliveries became professional, but this has been my experience over and over again.

  Have not had problems returning items to a UPS store until today afternoon. Brought in a small package to be returned. It just needed to be taped. The lady at the front would not tape the box up. You’re telling me you can’t use the packaging tape to package my package at a packaging store? Right….at that point just hand over the packaging tape and I’ll do it myself. They’re out here hiring anybody these days.

  Provides excellent services for the locality. Few employees are not in their better selves and very helpful on some days, but that's okay.
