  Terrible service, very picky about how you “pack” your Amazon return and ask for $5. Refused to help checking a package that should be picked up here. I actually paid to avoid picking up packages from this location. It’s horrible.

  Service not honored, no accountability The service was not delivered as promised. I paid $105 for shipping along with an additional $15 for hold service. A signature was also required. I clearly provided the correct address and recipient name at the time of shipment, but the store entered the information incorrectly. The package was delivered to the wrong address, was not held as requested, no signature was collected, and it was left unattended on the ground. I had to contact UPS myself after shipment to try to correct the issue, which should not have been necessary. When I reached out to the store, there was no acknowledgment of the service failure and no apology. Instead, the response focused on shifting responsibility to the customer, including stating that "something the customer overlooked can't be blamed on them." I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to resolve the issue. I would not return to this location.
