  I had a package accidentally get sent to my old address in Foster City, CA rather than my current address in Las Vegas and managed to divert the package to the Foster City Fedex store but I was stressing out on how to get it sent too myself here. Well David, the store manager took it upon himself to help me over the phone and set up a delivery without me having to have anyone go into the store... what a helpful store and staff.. 6 stars!

  The service was great, but severely understaffed with just one person at the counter. So the wait time was incredibly long.

  Jim was rude and unprofessional when I walked in was looking to fax some documents. When I went up to the counter he had his head down and was unwelcoming. I then proceeded to ask him if it was ok to send some sensitive documents to fax. He made a snarky remark and said how sensitive is it what’s gonna happen to me if I open it. He repeated it more then once. It was surprising because he made this comment in front of the customer and the customer proceeded to laugh at his comment. Thus embarrassing me. Then when I sent the email he told the co worker there sensitive in a condescending tone. I felt uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like those jokes were necessary. I just came in to make some documents. I never had this service at this location. Jim needs to be replaced I’m disappointed in him and how he conducted himself a midrepresentation of this company.
