The lady on the phone, with a terrible attitude, told me they weren't open and hung up. I call again and she picks the phone up and leaves it on the table or something. I can call UPS in Eureka at anytime and someone will pickup the phone and is more than willing to take the 2 minutes to help me out. I rather pay a little extra for a company that embodies great support.
