You never know what you gonna get when you enter , the nice guy or the angry having a bad day guy 😒 Never felt welcomed there either, especially when I just have amazing returns . Will never pay for anything there even if I have to drive further ! Customer service is non existent at this location . Do better if you have a service business !!

The owner was rude, completely ignored my question and looked away non-responsive when I made a statement about their policy of allowing walk-ins for fingerprinting. He completely left the room and then came back and bluntly said you can come for walk-ins when it’s not busy. A previous time when I visited this location months before, he locked the door before closing and stated not to let anyone in because the line was too long. He would yell at the customers across the room saying don’t let that person in. Overall, I think the fact I remember an experience months before from the same owner goes to show how bad their behavior is. I will be driving farther away to receive my live scan to avoid interacting with this employee.
