  This store was very helpful in getting a live scan done. I called the store and spoke with Sean and was told that you can do either walk-ins or appointments but then he actually helped me make an appointment for a couple hours later right there on the phone. The appointment process was started earlier than expected too when I arrived and was extremely easy and fast. Not all UPS locations offer the live scan process so the fact that Sean is certified in this and offers it at his store made my life a lot easier. I truly recommend coming back to the store for any mail or live scan things you need.

  Even though I entered the store just 5 minutes before closing, Sean took care of my Air delivery to New York with smile and stayed 15 later than store closing time. Even at the time of closing the store was very busy, Sean enthusiastic & cheerful & patient with every customer. He is very efficient and really helpful. I highly recommend this store because of Sean’s excellent customer service!

  The store was quite busy during my visit, yet both employees remained warm, attentive, and patient with every client. I came in for notary services, and Sean and Melika were efficient and genuinely helpful. They even took turns, whenever a moment allowed, to briefly engage my very active child so I could focus on completing the paperwork and signing. I truly value their care and professionalism.

  Very bad service,very bad attitude to customer, "Speaking with an Iranian accent, the manager instructed everyone to follow his way of processing returns. He asked me to cancel my return and select a different return address, claiming that it would cost $6.99, but if I let him do it, I wouldn't have to pay a cent. Following his request, I canceled the return. Then he took my phone and started operating it, constantly interrupting my return process. He also said that my second box didn't meet his requirements either and that I had to cancel that return as well. By this point, 35 minutes had passed. Then other customers came in, and he asked them to do the same thing. I asked him to return my phone, but he refused. I asked four times, and he still wouldn't give it back. Finally, I stood on tiptoe and grabbed my phone back. The service was extremely poor, the demands were completely unreasonable—I'm never going back. Has UPS become this bad? Everyone, be careful."

  This review is long overdue, as I had my Live Scan done here a while ago and promised to share my positive experience. Sean and the staff at this UPS Store were excellent. I came in as a walk-in for Live Scan fingerprinting, and the whole process was smooth, easy, and efficient. Even though there was a pretty heavy flow of customers during my visit, every person was met with the same level of attention and care. The wait time was still minimal, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I especially appreciated that this location offers Live Scan services, since not every UPS Store is certified to provide them. Sean made the process simple and stress-free, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing fingerprinting or other services. Five stars.
