    I frequently come to this UPS location for returns, and today was my first time getting a live scan done here. I felt very welcomed and had a great experience overall!! Sean, the manager, was very thorough and took each print twice to ensure he got the best possible print. He was also kind and would chat and joke with customers in a nice way, which made the place feel welcoming. He was also happy to answer any questions I had, and you can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about providing good service. This experience was so much better compared to a previous Live Scan I had done at a different location. I would definitely recommend getting yours done here!!

    Arrived on June 4th with 3 items. One was a simple return through self- service. The next item had a QR code that stated it was to be scanned by an employee. I waited in line and was told to use the self-service. I tries it didn't work and was told to try again, it didn't work. Then I had to wait in a separate line while the only other employee sorted packages and the person in charge (the one who was giving me instructions) went to the back. After that package was scanned i had my third package, which had something that needed to be printed (packing slip and shipping label). It was busy and the person who printed only printed one page. He said he would print the second page place it inside and ship it out. Instead of printing it right away, he spent most of his time talking to a woman that entered the store. He assured me it would be done and I left without the receipt of shipment. So now I'm out my package because of their incompetence, disorganization, sleaziness and my belief that they would do the right thing. Just get all of your receipts and keep them accountable

    This is a great business to help you with shipping. Anything you need? They are helpful knowledgeable and the owner is a fantastic guy. Had a 15 minute conversation with him today. Be nice to them there shipping cost money. Remember that also don’t forget how expensive gas is these days. I work in the automobile business and the manufacturers have increased. The shipping cost for each car by at least 30% due to the increase in fuel. Thank you for the help there. I will only go there whenever I need anything shipped the UPS store in foothill Ranch is the best I’ve ever been to.

    I would give this store negative if I can. This location is the most unpleasant store I've experienced. There were two employees at the store, an older man and a girl on her phone, while people waited in line. The older man is very unprofessional; he intrudes on your privacy during every visit and seems to think he knows more than anyone else who comes in. Today, he asked which store my item was going to. Why does that matter, and why does he need to know? He also had me read aloud what the kiosk said. Was that necessary? The kiosk clearly stated that the item had to be scanned by someone. All he needed to do was scan the item. I felt very uncomfortable, and when I expressed my concern, he told me to calm down. He seems to be on a power trip over a simple task that should take five minutes or less. But with him, it always turns into a lengthy battle. This isn't the first time, but it is definitely my last visit to this unprofessional store.

    A simple package drop-off turned into a surprisingly hostile and upsetting experience. (ZERO star but no selection) I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share what happened. I brought in a package with a QR code and was directed to use the self-service kiosk. After selecting "Need Packaging," the screen instructed me to speak with a store associate, so I asked for assistance. At that point, the store owner responded in a loud, angry, and confrontational manner, repeatedly demanding, "What did it say?" Instead of calmly helping me understand the next step, he continued asking the same question in an aggressive tone. I was shocked by his behavior and genuinely did not know how to respond. I explained to him what was on the machine, but rather than providing courteous customer service, he continued speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Eventually, he explained that I needed to come to the counter, scan the QR code there, and pay for the packaging. The solution was simple. The problem was the way I was treated. I have used UPS and FedEx locations for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. No customer should be yelled at, spoken down to, or made to feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question. What should have been a routine transaction became an unnecessarily unpleasant experience because of the store owner's behavior. I left feeling offended, embarrassed, and unwelcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.
