Today I came at 10:30am to drop off a package first thing I notice was a small line it wasn’t that bad but I notice the old man in the reps he kinda giving attitude to people and it was my turn to go, I asked the guy it’s my first sending a package thru eBay and he said I have no idea what you need to do, but if you’re unsure go ahead and think it thru over there by the other side then I told him which is better the box or the packing slip he said the slip I told him I asked ai and it said box would be better he said no the packing slip is better I said okay then he told me it’s going to be charged of $305 I repeated it $3 hundred 05 and he said no $3.05 cents and I was like damn no need to be offensive, so I hand him a $5 then he gave me my changed and my receipt as I pay you press the :) review and I’m like okay?? Aren’t I supposed to do that? Horrible experience and this is nothing as I was walking out he threw my package hard onto the metal crate and I heard I loud bang when it hit the bottom it got me so pissed because the item I was shipping was an expensive gaming device which cost $600 and he just tossed it like it was nothing I don’t know but they need to rehire new people or just replace them with kiosk

This location intentionally makes sending mail very difficult. Reason why the post office is going out of business. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The same guy with the glasses who works everyday needs some training or retire. If He does not want to do his job. He finds a problem every single time. Something needs to change. Sending mail should not be hard. Supervisor was no good either. Honestly I don't know how they are still employed. This location should be closed. Frustrating when all one needs to do is mail off a package. Why make it so complicated.

One of the clerks here is always rude to every customer that come in and needs help or he needs to help. He has no customer service skills at all. The clerks name is Tomas, USPS needs to do something about him. Some classes or something he doesn’t treat people kindly at all. All other clerks I have dealt with here are very friendly.
