Hice cita para servicio de pasaportes de mis hijos, un dia antes de la cita me envían mensaje de la confirmación, pedí un día en el trabajo para esta cita, mis hijos no asistieron a la escuela para poder estar a tiempo en la oficina y faltando una hora para la cita me llaman para decir que esta cancelada porque no hay nadie que pueda hacer esos tramites... es en serio? Si un dia antes me enviaron confirmación!! Y lo mismo pasó con la oficina en Rubidoux una semana antes, por eso fue que agendé cita en esta oficina y me hicieron lo mismo. Pésimo servicio.

- MHMari HoustonJul 24, 20261.0I was in line today to buy a book of stamps. Two clerks at the counter. One clerk is waiting on a customer with over 6 priority boxes it was taking a while. The other worker was working through the line helping the customers. The last 5 customers only needed stamps. When it was my turn after waiting for her to help the 4th customer before me, why did the clerk at the counter ask the lady with the priority boxes to slide one over to her. I thought that was so rude to do. I just left without buying stamps. I will never go to this location again. I will drive 5 miles for the next office.
