The office smells like a garbage dump near an ocean pier. Never more than 2 employees working so I never wait less than 20 minutes in line, usually much more. Employees really seem to hate their job. This is a government agency for sure, it's absolutely awful.

Incredibly slow service, outdated technology, and poor management. I highly recommend avoiding this post office location due to the constant, overwhelming volume of customers and a severe lack of efficiency. Every single time I attempt to visit, the lines are incredibly long and move at a snail's pace. To make matters worse, the inefficiency extends to the self-service kiosk. In this day and age, it is a massive inconvenience that the kiosk does not accept tap-to-pay. This location is desperately in need of better management to improve the overall customer experience. I suggest implementing the following changes: Upgrade Kiosk Technology: Update the self-service machines to accept modern payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards to speed up independent transactions. Active Line Management: Have a staff member or floor manager triage the line during peak hours to ensure customers are in the right place and have their packages ready before reaching the counter. Optimize Staffing: Increase the number of open windows during high-volume periods to prevent the line from backing up into the lobby. Until management steps up and updates their processes, expect long wait times and major frustration.

If the post office is going to enforce QR codes and prepaid labels to use the Kiosk. Have an employee there to help those who do not know how to navigate the Kiosk. The wait is over 30 minutes for a few people.

It’s strange that that my mailbox is completely empty after moving to my new place, when my family and I normally get an over abundance of mail..on a daily basis. What’s even stranger is I received confirmation of my Change of Address at my old place (indicating it was sent to both my old and new addresses). Based on the attached, did they also send the WRONG VALIDATION CODE? So, what’s REALLY going on? 🤔
