So they waisted my time in line just to be told that. I came here not too long ago and had no problem getting it done at the counter but apparently policy “changed”.

I understand that she might hate here job but I also was just clocked out of my job and I don’t work in a ac and sitting down so I don’t think she had nothing to be pitty about

I spoke to someone at this location on the phone and the woman (wish I could’ve got her name she had a Jamaican accent) had horrible attitude. I asked her if she could check something for me and she said said “uhh I can but it’s going to take me a long time” mind me— said it with an ugly tone (I was shook) then later in the conversation I thanked her for checking for me and she said “okaayyy” and hung up on me. This postal office has some of the most terrible customer service.
