  La verdad quedé muy satisfecha con su trato fui a sacar copias, y me atendió Stephany y muy amable que fue gracias :) Y lo que más me gustó que todos hablan Dos idiomas, el inglés y el español , y lo que miré. Eran muy amables y pacientes con los clientes ..a pesar de las lineas no se frustraban los miré. Que les daban el tiempo a las personas para escucharlas, no se sentía que los apuraban , recomiendo este lugar 100% A lo que fue mi trato y mi ver y escuchar

  I used to enjoy going here to drop off my packages (both UPS and USPS packages) and in the past year or two the staff quality has significantly declined. The staff are socially invasive, they ask personal questions such as what your name is, where are you from and make detailed comments on the packages or items you are trying to return. They place heavy emphases on trying to get to know you and it comes off invasive and also serves as a major distraction for them to get their work done. It seems like the staff are mainly focused on ensuring that they leave a good social mark on the customer rather than quality customer service to ensure their job is done effectively and accurately. It is uncomfortable at this point. Mike or Micheal? Was helping me the last time and I dropped off a package at this location, I dropped off a package to be sent via USPS, and again, like the other staff, he was unauthentically focused on ensuring he developed a good social rapport rather than focusing on doing his job accurately and due to that notion, my USPS package never got shipped to USPS. It must have got lost because the package was very small and behind their counter looks like a disastrous unorganized mess. The staff need to stop invading customers privacy, stop asking them personal questions etc. and focus on doing their job right. If Mike would have focused on ensuring the package was placed in the appropriate bin rather than socializing it probably would have significantly decreased the chance of the package getting lost in the clutter. The staff should not engage in having personal conversations unless the customer initiates it in my view, and also conversations should be kept to a minimum since the lines can get extremely long. There is nothing wrong with being respectful such as how are you? and ending it with I hope you have an amazing rest of your day, simple cordial gestures is sufficient and professional and allows the staff to focus on doing their job accurately and not missing packages.
