  Stephanie provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Great customer service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a great experience. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I was assisted by Brian at this location. Very helpful employee, well mannered. I dropped my parcel off with him, he even explained some of the deals they had going this month, which is nice. Mike was also helpful too, very knowledgeable, and even showed me some of the coupons they had this month as well. Just came in to drop off an item, and it was a pleasant experience.

  Brittany was so incredibly helpful and compassionate! I needed her to notarize a paper and she was very patient with me. She was friendly and understanding and she needs to be recognized for her great customer service and compassionate work ethnic!

  Stephany was professional, pleasant and very helpful in helping me get my packages sent out. In addition to my UPS package drop off I had two other packages that were supposed to go through USPS. I asked her if UPS accepted them onsite at their stores. She let me know UPS is a courtesy drop off only so they could not provide a receipt to me for my return. She suggested if it was high value or something I wanted to Be sure it arrived at the destination or needed a receipt for drop off that I should go to the post office instead. She also let me know that even if I went to USPS, I would still need to stand in line because if I just dropped it off at the counter without going through the line, I would not get a receipt either. She didn’t advise this, but had mentioned some customers have taken pictures of Their return label that was on the package so at least if it didn’t arrive, There was something they could use as a reference point to try tracking it online. This is what I chose to do simply because I was already tired and it saved me a trip to yet another place. Upon doing so she reminded me she was not able to give me any type of receipt or confirmation and UPS was not responsible for the arrival of the package That is final destination

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for quite a while, and Stephany has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond to help me find solutions, whether it’s packaging recommendations that save me money, shipping advice, or helping with printing needs. One example that really stood out was when I needed assistance with blueprints. Although this location doesn’t print blueprints, Stephany took the time to come up with creative solutions so I could emphasize the specific sections I needed. Her willingness to help, even when the request falls outside of their normal services, is truly appreciated. Stephany is always professional, patient, kind, and genuinely cares about helping customers. In fact, the entire staff at this location is fantastic. Every visit is a positive experience, and they always seem to find a way to put a smile on your face and make your day a little better. I highly recommend this location and greatly appreciate all the outstanding customer service they provide.
