  Mylah was exceptional and friendly and speedy. I have witnessed her management multiple times at this location and to be able to move with such efficiency and a great attitude is notable. Chelsea has helped me ship electronics and she mentioned additional services and made me feel safe about my services with UPS. She helped me and her co workers while also maintaining a friendly demeanor. Deisy and Jennifer are also pleasant and have helped me with printing, package and shipping services. It is my pleasure to say I go out of my way to go to this specific UPS store due to the staff and friendliest/helpfulness that everyone I have mentioned has showed me. 10/10 recommend this store.

  The establishment is running like a well oiled machine. Alejandra was the associate who assisted me in my packaging needs. She was thorough in explaining pricing and shipping options. She also greeted me upon arrival and exit from the establishment. I will be returning here for all my shipping needs.

  This was the most friendly and pleasant experience I have had at a UPS store. I was helped by Emily, who was both professional and courteous. The service was super quick. I was in and out in about a minute and a half. In that short time, Emily was extremely helpful, kind courteous, and informed me about all the services that I could find at the UPS store without being pushy or overbearing. She was a true professional , and I wished all workers were trying to be as kind and courteous as she was. I definitely give a thumbs up and would recommend this store to anyone especially Emily.

  I came in the store with 4 big bags of Amazon returns and Jennifer was the best. Eager to help me, professional and skilled and so friendly. I tell you when you come with lots of stuff and customers are waiting, it can be stress inducing, but Jennifer kept me calm. Grateful for her and her team.
