  I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing the team at this store is. Melane and Diego went completely out of their way to help me with my complicated graduation fan order. Even when I needed to make last-minute changes, they made the entire process stress-free and ensured I got exactly what I needed — and much earlier than expected. Their customer service, patience, and dedication truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for all their help and highly recommend this store! I have been to many UPS stores. Nothing like this

  I always have such a good experience here, especially with Melane! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet every time I come in. She remembers my name and even remembers little things I’ve mentioned before, which honestly makes such a difference. You can tell she really cares about people and goes out of her way to be helpful. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, and it’s always appreciated. Thank you for always making my visits feel easy and positive!

  Absolutely Outstanding Service! I walked in with a massive, complicated shipment and was immediately blown away by how helpful the team was. Sydney was absolutely amazing — she went above and beyond to help me through every step, even when we hit some tricky payment issues. She stayed patient, positive, and determined to get it done right. The entire team at this UPS Store was so fun, upbeat, and genuinely happy. Their energy completely turned what could have been a stressful headache into a totally doable (and even enjoyable) experience. If you have a big or difficult shipment, this is the place to go.   This store is my one pit stop for everything from mail service, printing small and large projects. The services provided at the UPS Store help to bring peace of mind to my business operations. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Diego and the rest of the crew Melane, Celeste, Sydney, Artem, and Arielle greet me by name and are always providing the best customer service. Diego provides excellent service to customers and is helpful and supportive to his coworkers.
