  I visited the UPS Store today and Melane was behind the register with a great smile and had such an awesome attitude and was so engaging. She left an impression on me. They are lucky to have her!

  Honestly I always thought all of the ups are the same, so I’ve been just dropping my packages to any ups I pass by, but boy oh boy was I wrong. UPS here at Fontana north is by far the best!!!! They use a different kind of tracking system to ensure the packages actually arrive on time. I’m a small business owner and all of my packages are always next day air shipment, and sooo many times I’ve had issues with different ups locations not getting my packages delivered but never with Fontana north! They always ensure my packages get deviled Ed on time! And their customer service is top notch!!! Did I mention Sydney is amazing! And also their store manager! I will never cheat on them ever again! Haha and seriously if you live near Fontana or Rancho I would just drive the extra five min and come to this location only :) they are sooo friendly!!!

  I’ve had a mailbox with this UPS store for over 20 years. I have always had a great experience. The team this year is too notch, The manager Diego, supervisor Melane and the staff Arielle, Artem, Sydney and Celeste know me by name and always are so helpful.

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The store was clean and well-organized, and my shipping needs were handled quickly and accurately. A special thank you to Celeste for her outstanding customer service—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant.   Diego and Artem are literally the ONLY reason I just paid $40 to have someone package my order!!!!! (I usually do it myself but they were so professional And reassuring that I was SOLD on just having then handle it.) I shipped a large order and they made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to go thru them. I look forward to getting my new PO BOX again thru ups (this location) and I WAS GOING TO CANCEL! Idk I love good vibes and yes they were very fast, friendly, and THE PLACE WAS CLEAAAAAN!!!!!
