  The customer repress were Great!! First I didn’t know this UPS did Live Scan and now I do, it was easy!! First I went it they were busy but came back and one of the clerks recognized me, they were definitely paying attention! The service was extraordinary!!! Melane was great to work with!! I’m definitely coming back for any services I need with UPS. Thanks!! Ana

  Melanie and the whole team was incredibly helpful, and super nice ... My wife and I walked in to the store with no appointment to get a document notarized, Melanie and the team welcomed us and greeted us warmly. After all was said and done, the team made sure we were taken care of and that they didn't miss any other opportunity to be helpful. I thank you guys very much for making this process super easy.

  OMG! Huge shoutout to this UPS Store and their amazing team! They truly went above and beyond to help us ship our daughter’s belongings off to college. We had boxes everywhere and were all over their workspace, yet not once did anyone complain or ask us to move. Every interaction was handled with kindness, grace, professionalism, and genuine respect. No matter what we needed, someone was there to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Artem for being so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful day so easy. You guys absolutely ROCK! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Went a little while ago to get a livescan, and was helped by Sydney! Throughout the entire process she was incredibly kind and professional. The livescan itself was super quick, one of the faster ones I've had to do! After getting my livescan done I realized that my own computer had glitched while filling out the application and taken off the last 2 numbers in my birthyear, but Sydney had noticed while inputting my application to the database and corrected it! She saved me so much time and money not having to go back and redo it. 🙏🙂‍↕️

  I had a great experience at this UPS location thanks to Diego! I came in to have a document notarized, and he made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. Diego thoroughly explained every step of the notarization process, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Even though this location is usually very busy and it was my first time visiting, I never felt rushed. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, and Diego truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive experience—I will definitely be coming back!
