- KBKseniya BaroninaJul 8, 20261.0I was trying to buy a prepaid envelope with tracking number and they sent me to a self help kiosk that doesn't offer the service, unless you input the from address. I could not put a from address, as its for a passport, and I only have to put the "to" address. I went back and forth to 2 different employees. And even showed them a picture of the prepaid envelope With a tracking sticker that we just got from a different post office a month ago. Both of the employees kept sending me to the kiosk. I was so frustrated as the kiosk could not help me. I finally went to the customer service Window, where the lady told me I can't buy a prepaid envelope because they dont have the tracking number stickers!!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I wasted an hour going back and forth, only to leave in frustration! It's absurd how the other 2 employees couldn't have just said that!
