  DO NOT GO HERE A man working behind the counter stole a package worth $2,000 and when we asked for camera footage we were first told “they do not have cameras” and when we pressed further and only when we mentioned getting police involved we were told “well they don’t work” and when asked when they stopped working all they could say was “awhile ago.” Do not trust this location with your packages, go anywhere else! We trusted your location to do its job and are now out 2k because of it.

  Shout out to Steve who went out of his way to help me pack and ship 2 canvases. He created a custom box for their odd sizes, added adequate protection and charged a very reasonable amount for shipping. Thoroughly impressed and thank you Steve.

  I’ve been coming to this location for more than four years, and the customer service has always been excellent. The staff at the front desk are friendly, professional, and very helpful every time I visit. They make the whole process easy and smooth. That’s the reason I highly recommend this location — definitely a 10/10 experience!

  I went for my live scan. It was my first time doing so. The employee was very courteous in answering all of my questions and explained the process to me in a clear manner which helped me to understand. The store is well maintained and in a great location. I would certainly utilize the services at this location again.

  I went into the location on E Bidwell location on Folsom. Hannah was super helpful. I had an Amazon item that I didn't realize needed to be packaged with shipping label. Hannah went out of her way to help me print the label and packaged for me free of charge. Highly recommend this location for their friendliness and professionalism
