  When shipping a basic package they force you to hand over your driver's license for them to scan into their system they then capture all your personal information off of your driver's license and put your identity at risk. The guy told me they do this because someone in the past shipped a bomb. I'm not buying that excuse. I will be filing a formal complaint with state regulators and have them look into this as I believe it's a violation of California privacy laws

  Understaffed. Long line. One customer at a time no matter how long that customer takes. When it became my turn, I was served very well with respect, courtesy and an apology for the wait.

  I visited this location to print a document. The print job itself was completed successfully; however, my experience was impacted by the behavior of one employee, who made sarcastic remarks and laughed during the interaction. Even after I requested assistance from someone else, the behavior continued until another staff member intervened. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience at this location.
