I visited this location to print a document. The print job itself was completed successfully; however, my experience was impacted by the behavior of one employee, who made sarcastic remarks and laughed during the interaction. Even after I requested assistance from someone else, the behavior continued until another staff member intervened.
I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience at this location.

I went in to verify that an email I received from FedEx was valid. The first person that I asked didn't know & did not seem to care, (nor did they offer to help me find out.) Embarrassed & feeling stupid, I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. Evan came to speak with me & although he was not able to validate the email I received, he DID try to use his resources to try to find out. He then made some suggestions on how to proceed as safely (online) as possible & gave me a card with official Fed Ex information. Evan did not make me feel stupid for my abundance of caution & was very patient & kind. Fed Ex should rethink sending emails to customers with personal employee names in the beginning of the email address and containing phone numbers in the message that are not able to be validated in a google search or by a local FedEx store. My package had been trying to get to me for 8 months from overseas, & was delayed in customs for lack of commodity description & use. So connecting with Fedex customs was important to me . Thanks to Evan I was able to connect with & give the needed information to the officials so the package could be delivered. 5* to Evan, 4* for Fedex, 0* to that other employee

There is not enough help at this location. Every time I come her I am standing and waiting for service for 15 to 20 minutes.i can't stand for that length of time without having back problems. There is no chair to sit on while waiting. There is a handicapped sign, but have never seen anyone around to help. There is usually only one person working.

I was making a drop off and the employee started shaking my box and asked me what was in it. I told him it was none of his business and that there was nothing in the box that violated laws or FedEx shipping policies. He refused to take it. I took the box to the El Dorado Hills FedEx with no problems. Since when does a shipper ask you what is inside your package? The USPO asks only if there are hazardous materials.
