We only found out because another package notice was left on our doorstep stating "can't deliver" So... you could walk up to my door and give me a notice for a package non-delivery, but you can't notify me of a hold mail because of my dog? So, the super dangerous scary animal that kept you from delivering my mail for a week wasn't scary enough to have you drop off the notice on my front door? Inconsistencies are expected from this place, the turnover here is insane.
