- VMvictor molinaJul 10, 20251.0This post office has a driver who does not deliver your packages. I have ordered many times to my address and the driver will not deliver it because they claim the mailboxes are being blocked. This is never true, and they actually refuse to deliver to my address if there's is any inconvenience in the road. There is usually traffic on the road I live on and they do not want to bother delivering when there is the traffic and construction on my street, even if there is nothing blocking my driveway and mailboxes.

- OLOrion LivingstonJun 22, 20211.0It is sad to me that these people are SO unhappy with their jobs. not only that there is a doorbell that is used to pick up packages, the hours are CLEARLY labeled on the doorbell, the last time I rang it (during posted hours) someone in the back yelled, DON'T RING THE BELL!!!! I dont care if you are miserable, just give me my packages!!!
- TNThomas Van NulandSep 17, 20181.0My package was out for delivery, did not show up, at 4:57 I got a message from the tracking on my phone that says a notice was left that my receptacle was blocked which is BS, there’s nothing blocked, all they had to do was put it on my porch like they always do, instead he just drives away with my package that I really wanted, and PAID FOR, to be delivered today. Not happy!
- JCJohn ChristensenApr 6, 20181.0I have found the personal at this post office to be exceptionally rude and irrational. Locked the door on me as I was entering the office at 4pm. Approximately 15 minutes before they locked the door on me. I had been at the counter to mail my package. I was in the lobby changing the format of the label due to the request of the clerk at the desk. When reentering that's when they locked me out. I had been in the office before and on a different day to mail a package the same clerk was complaining about his job. It is very inconvenient to have drive to Scott's Valley or Ben Lomand to get reasonable service.
