- SPSimeon PagdilaoAug 11, 20262.0I went to get a passport today, I met with this woman who’s tone, body language, and mannerisms made it seem as if I was bothering her and my sheer existence was a burden to her day. I kept my composure and professionalism, and by the end when the machine asked how was the courtesy of the attendant, I pressed the Yellow smiley face, to which she replied “well I should have charged you for the copies I printed out”… left the post office saying I hope her day gets better.
- DDDianneAug 7, 20261.0I went in to send packages to a military base overseas. I packed my items in the correct boxes and did the customs online. When doing the customs forms the website wouldn’t give me the option to pay online and specifically said to pay in person. I printed the forms, brought the plastic slips to put them in and went to the store. The man at the counter took one look and said “why didn’t you pay online?” So I told him the situation, and he said since i didn’t pay online he would have to type up the customs forms for me. He then said he didn’t want to do all that work, and then proceeded to call the next customer before I could say anything. This was my first time going to any post office. Terrible experience.

Cute little town, never felt chaotic, and the woman who helped us get passports for my two babies was so patient and kind (a rarity these days, iykyk).
