Just like everything that America does, this place sucks. Their customer service is non-existent, as if we thought it would be. We all know that it's a huge corporation and no one gets paid enough so nobody cares but they take it to a new level by not even answering the phones it's so lazy. They are the reason my package is delayed, not that I expect them to care just that I expect them to literally do the job they're getting paid for.

There is a younger Asian lady that works here with orange hair who really needs to work on her customer service skills. I came here about 2 weeks ago for my passport and she gave me the hardest time kept yelling and screaming. Based off the other reviews there are multiple other people having the same experience. It’s extremely sad and upsetting that we let people like this get hired. The other lady who did my passport photo was nice and respectful. Just don’t understand why they allow a person who has fought with multiple people still be allowed to work here. The mangers and supervisors clearly do not care and it’s extremely disrespectful.

I've used this USPS location on Kentucky Street in Fairfield many times over the years, and while it gets the job done, the facility itself could really use some attention.
The building feels very outdated, and it's showing its age. The automatic doors often don't work properly, and the overall appearance of the post office feels worn down and not as clean as it should be. For a federal facility that serves so many people every day, I expected it to be better maintained.
The employees are mostly friendly, professional, and helpful, and I've had several positive interactions over the years. However, there are a few employees who come across as though they don't want to be there, which can make the customer experience less welcoming.
Overall, the biggest issue isn't the postal service itself—it's the condition of the building. I feel like our tax dollars should be reflected in a cleaner, more modern, and better-maintained facility. With some renovations and upkeep, this location could provide a much better experience for the community.

Seriously, we HAVE to keep our United States Postal Service alive and thriving! It's so important, and what WOULD we do without the friendly mail carriers and the helpful people inside the Post Office? It's very short-sighted and sad that there are enough people trying to get rid of this vital institution that I'm afraid it could happen.
