Margarita was super helpful! I printed some documents in color and noticed there was this Streak going down the middle. I didnt want to pay for another two copies so I just went and got them laminated. Margarita noticed the streak too and offered to reprint them for free.

The customer service here is the ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER especially since Margret left, a very efficient helpful lady with dredlocs. Because Margret was so good I kept trying to get at least a decent experience in printing. Twice I wanted ONE LITERAL PAGE printed and was told "it CAN'T be done" and I HAD to use self-service. I was willing to pay whatever the extra cost is just to not "learn" the machine. Not until I spoke with a tall latino gentleman who was the manager did I get the one PAGE I wanted printed because it in fact COULD be done. From November 2025- yesterday I made attempts at getting service and each time no matter who was in printing they was extremely lazy, and dismissive. Some heavy set person could've been male or female I'm not sure what their pronouns were told me for one page I would have to wait until tomorrow because there were orders (s) he just started printed that needed to be out by 7pm and I was there at 6:30- and ONE piece of paper wasn't going to be available until the next day. FED EX up the street is a much more viable option. Super friendly, extremely helpful employees. I asked for the manager that helped me before when someone DIFFERENT refused to print out one page and was told he wasn't availble until July. It's May 29th. The fed ex store employees told me they get several complaints about this store. So DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME coming here or getting your items not done correctly or on time. Apparently things that are supposed to be done same day at a 7pm deadline don't get started until 6:30 any how.

Every time I call the store no matter what option I choose, no one answers. It doesn’t not matter what day or time of day no one answers the phone. Fairfield Staple store has a one star for this reason. Also, the Amazon dept to return items is 90% closed .
