  We have used them several times over the last 7 years. They are a low cost way to get a trust, will, power of attorney, and healthcare directive. They ask you what your wishes are and put it into legal paperwork. Very helpful and friendly. They are not attorney's and cannot give legal advice, but will explain how things work. Highly recommended.

  I needed paperwork to get a house out of a trust and into my name. They knew every step I needed to do and took care of it in under an hour. Came back 3 days later had it notarized and walked out the door.

  Great Service and knows their stuff. I had to follow up a few times, but they always responded and answered the phone etc. I did not have to hire an attorney because this company processed my deed transfer, living trust, and other services I required. I am sure they saved me tons of money!

  I have had the pleasure of using the services of By The People in Fairfield CA since early 2008 when I started a business and created an LLC. Since then, I have used them for a living trust, and other legal documents. Rene and Tammy are the best. They make it easy and they know their stuff inside and out. They are a true pleasure to deal with I love to refer my friends to them because I know they will be well cared for. Outstanding services and at very reasonable prices.
